Airport Information
Airport Transfer rates are inclusive of the Vehicle Tariff, Tax, Mileage, Fuel Surcharge, Airport Fees, and Cleaning Charge. An automatic (20%) Driver Gratuity is added to all reservations.
Pricing may vary slightly on Peak Demand Days during Conventions, Holidays & Special Events.
We allow 60-minutes for all airport reservations. Any additional time is pro-rated in 30-minute increments. We track the flight to insure proper pick-up. That way if you arrive early, on-time, or late we are there for your pick-up. Time starts from when the plane touches down until your drop-off at your destination.
Most airport transfers to Strip and Downtown hotels are typically completed within one hour. However, this is not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply for baggage delays, multiple stops, or drop-off locations outside of the resort corridor. If your reservation exceeds the originally booked time, extra charges will also apply.
Airport "Meet & Greet"
International Flights (Immigration & Customs)
The chauffeur will meet you outside of Immigration & Customs with a name sign and escort you and your guests directly to the vehicle.
Your billing time starts 45-minutes after your flight lands to allow you time to clear through Customs. If you do not wish to have this 45-minute grace period please contact our office to have this grace period noted and removed.
Cancellation & Change Policy
To ensure the highest level of service and availability for all our clients, we maintain the following cancellation and change policy:
Black Car & Standard Limousine Services: These reservations are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy unless otherwise specified. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, or failure to show up (No-Show), will result in a 100% forfeiture of the reservation total.
Exotic Limousines & Party Buses: All reservations for Exotic Limousines and Party Buses are final and non-refundable. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances once the reservation is confirmed.
Reservation Changes: All reservation change requests are subject to availability. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, availability cannot be guaranteed, and change fees may apply. If we are unable to fulfill the requested change due to limited availability, you may choose to keep your original reservation or cancel it for a full refund—provided the cancellation is made at least 48-hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Deposit & Payment Policy
At VEGAS ALL NITE, we provide transparent and consistent payment terms for all our services. Please review the following deposit and payment requirements to ensure your reservation is confirmed smoothly.
Deposit and Payment Requirements:
• A 50% deposit of the total invoice amount is required for all multi-hour and multi-service reservations.
• A 100% payment of the total invoice amount is required at the time of booking for the following:
A. Transfers (point-to-point service)
B. Minimum 1-Hour Vehicle Reservations
C. Exotic Limousines and Party Bus Reservations
Special Event & Custom Packages:
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all Special Event, Corporate, Convention, Trade Show, and Custom packages.
Please note that all cancellations and changes are subject to the Terms & Conditions outlined in the client Itinerary & Invoice.

Vehicle Types & Luggage Capacity
- Tesla X and Rivian SUV: Seats 1-3 passengers and holds up to 4 suitcases and 4 carry-ons max
- Cadillac Escalade SUV: Seats 4-5 passengers and holds up to 5 suitcases and 5 carry-ons max.
- Stretch Limousine: Seats 4 – 6 passengers comfortably and holds up to 8 pieces of mid-size luggage.
- Stretch Super Limousine: Seats 6 – 8 passengers comfortably and holds up to 8 pieces of mid-size luggage.
- Stretch Escalade and Navigator Limousine: Seats 9 – 12 passengers comfortably and holds 10-12 pieces of mid-size luggage.
- Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: Seats 10-12 passengers comfortably and holds 10-12 pieces of mid-size luggage.
- Mini Limo Coach: Seats up to 20 passengers comfortably and holds 20 pieces of luggage.
- Traditional Party Bus: Seats up to 24 passengers and holds up to 24 pieces of luggage.
